High-Pressure Hose Pumps
High-pressure hose pumps are self-priming and safe to run dry. Our Ispuflex® TPX peristaltic pumps are suitable for continuous heavy-duty operation and are filled with lubricants.
Some of the typical material for high-pressure peristaltic pumps are aqueous slurries containing sand or metal particles, cobalt-nickel slurries, high density gold or platinum slurries, lime milk, polyelectrolytes, caustic soda, suspension slurries, iron chloride, iron sulphates, pigments for plastics, acids, solvents, polyester mixtures, detergents, tooth pastes, shampoos, soaps, creams, bleaches, dyes, adhesives, antibiotics, paints, pigments for tiles and bricks, concrete additives, pastes, silk-screen enamels, latex, distilled water, brewer’s yeast, edible fats, natural flavours, chocolates, ice creams, milks and yoghurts.

Pressure: up to a maximum of 15 bar

The standard version of the pumps is fitted with a 230/400V, 3-phase, 50 Hz, IP 55 motor. IP 65 and ATEX versions are also available. Depending on the model additional versions and options such as pulsation dampers or hose rupture protection are available on request.

Industrial peristaltic pumps are self-priming and safe to run dry. Our Ispuflex® TP peristaltic pumps are excellently suited for the transfer and dosage of viscous and abrasive liquids containing solids.
They are used in many industries such as sewage treatment, construction, mining, chemical, petrochemical, printing, ceramics, food, paper, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, textile and water treatment.

Achievable suction: up to a maximum of 0.8 bar

The Ispuflex® peristaltic pumps with gear motors, manually adjustable gearboxes or electronically adjustable gear motors.
The Ispuflex® TPX series hose pumps and Ispuflex® TP series hose pumps are available with a large selection of tube materials and gear motors and are excellently suited for industrial applications with higher pressures and larger flow rates. Both series cover a wide area of use and are also available as ATEX versions.
The Ispuflex® TPX series pumps, the pump heads of which are filled with lubricants, are fitted with either a gear motor or some with manually adjustable gearbox whereas the Ispuflex® TP series pumps, the pump heads of which are not filled with lubricants are also available with electronically adjustable gear motors.
